LOWONGAN KERJA KOMISI PEMBERANTASAN KORUPSI (KPK)

Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) membuka kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Indonesia yang memiliki integritas dan komitmen tinggi dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi untuk mengisi posisi pada rumpun jabatan Struktural, Fungsional dan Administrasi. 





PERSYARATAN UMUM:

  • Warga Negara Indonesia;
  • Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa;
  • Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani;
  • Usia minimal 23 (dua puluh tiga) tahun dan maksimal 39 (tiga puluh sembilan) tahun pada batas akhir tanggal pendaftaran, menyesuaikan dengan kualifikasi khusus masing-masing nama jabatan;
  • Tidak pernah terlibat masalah narkoba, pidana dan keuangan;
  • Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat sebagai pegawai;
  • Tidak terikat hubungan keluarga baik sedarah maupun semenda sampai dengan derajat ke-3 dengan pejabat/pegawai KPK;
  • Tidak terikat hubungan keluarga baik sedarah maupun semenda sampai dengan derajat ke-3 dengan tersangka/terdakwa/terpidana Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

KETENTUAN UMUM:

Setiap pelamar hanya diperbolehkan mendaftar 1 (satu) posisi;
  1. Pelamar tidak sedang menjalankan ikatan dinas/ikatan wajib kerja;
  2. Pelamar tidak berstatus sebagai Pegawai Tetap atau Pegawai Negeri yang sedang dipekerjakan di KPK;
  3. Formasi yang tersedia diperuntukkan bagi pelamar yang bukan berasal dari Pegawai Negeri (Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Anggota POLRI, Anggota TNI); 
  4. Pelamar bersedia mengikuti seluruh proses tahapan rekrutmen dan seleksi di Jakarta, seluruh biaya akomodasi dan transportasi menjadi tanggungan pelamar;
  5. Pendaftaran hanya dilakukan melalui situs-web www.ppm-asesmen.com dan tidak menerima lamaran melalui pos atau media pengiriman lainnya.
  6. Pengumuman tiga tahapan seleksi akan dicantumkan dalam situs-web www.kpk.go.id dan situs-web www.ppm-asesmen.com
  7. Proses Rekrutmen dan seleksi seluruhnya dilakukan oleh Tim Konsultan Independen, kecuali wawancara tahap akhir;
  8. Pelamar tidak diperkenankan menghubungi pegawai KPK dalam kaitannya dengan proses seleksi. Jika terbukti, panitia berhak menggugurkan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi pelamar terkait;
  9. Hanya pelamar yang lulus dalam setiap tahapan seleksi yang akan dipanggil oleh Tim Konsultan Independen untuk mengikuti proses selanjutnya;
  10. Seluruh tahapan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tidak dipungut biaya apapun. Apabila ada pihak yang berusaha meminta biaya/menjanjikan sesuatu/menawarkan bantuan atas proses rekrutmen dan seleksi dapat melapor ke : pengaduan@kpk.go.id;

Ketentuan Pelamar :

  • Warga Negara Indonesia;

  • Usia minimal 18 tahun pad a tanggal 1 November 2012 maksimal 35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2012;

  • Tidak pernah dihukum penjara berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan Negeri yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian;

  • Memiliki kartu pencari kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang dikeluarkan oleh Instansi yang bertanggung jawab di bidang ketenagakerjaan;

  • Berbadan sehat, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani yang dikeluarkan oleh Dokter Pemerintah;

  • Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/ PNS/ Calon anggota TNI/ POLRI serta anggota TNI/ POLRI atau diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat dari CPNS/ PNS/ Pegawai Swasta;

  • Berijazah 01, 03, S1, S2, dan S3 Non Kependidikan sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan di atas dengan ketentuan : Untuk lulusan S2 dan S3 memiliki sertifikat TOEFL dengan nilai sekurang-kurangnya 500 sedangkan untuk S1 dengan nilai 450 yang dikeluarkan olehlembaga resmi yang berbadan hukum; Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) dalam skala 4 : Untuk 03 dan S1 minimal 3,00, untuk S2 dan S3 minimal 3,50, untuk lulusan S1, S2 dan S3 dalam negeri Ijazah terakreditasi A dan B pada Badan Akreditasi Nasional – Perguruan Tinggi, bagi lulusan luar negeri harus mendapat pengesahan dari Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi disertai dengan Konversi IPK ke dalam skala 4.

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di UPT BMKG seluruh wilayah NKRI sesuai formasi yang ada dengan menandatangani Surat Pernyataan.

  • Melampirkan Surat Keterangan Bebas Narkoba dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.

Ketentuan Pendaftaran CPNS
A. Penerimaan Surat Lamaran :

  • Surat Lamaran ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh pelamar ditujukan kepada Kepala Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika u.p. Tim Penerimaan CPNS – BMKG dengan alamat JI. Angkasa I No.2, Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat 10720, mulai tanggal 17 Juli 2012 sampai dengan 30 Juli 2012 (stempel pos pengiriman);

  • Berkas Lamaran dikirim melalui Pos atau jasa Pengiriman dengan melampirkan Formulir Pendaftaran yang dapat diunduh melalui website BMKG http://www.bmkg.go.id/;

  • Bagi yang pernah mengajukan lamaran ke BMKG, agar mengulangi dan memperbaiki lamarannya sesuai dengan persyaratan dalam pengumuman ini;

  • Dalam lamaran harus menyebutkan jabatan yang dilamar.

B. Surat Lamaran dilengkapi dengan :

  • Pas Photo terbaru berwarna dengan ukuran 4×6 sebanyak 3 lembar (cantumkan nama di belakang);

  • Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku;

  • Foto copy ijazah S3/ S2/ S1103/ 01 sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan dan berikut transkrip yang sudah dilegalisir oleh Dekan/ Ketua Sekolah Tinggi/ Direktur dari Perguruan Tinggi yang terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional – Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) ;

  • Untuk lulusan S1, S2, dan S3 melampirkan foto copy sertifikat TOEFL;

  • Foto copy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang masih berlaku dari instansi Tenaga Kerja;

  • Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani yang dikeluarkan oleh Dokter Pemerintah;

  • Foto copy Surat Keterangan Bebas Narkoba dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah (asIi diberikan setelah lulus seleksi);

  • Surat Pernyataan yang telah diisi dan ditandatangani di atas materai seperti terlampir dan dapat diunduh di website BMKG.

  • Mencantumkan alamat email dan nomor telephone/ handphone (untuk diberikan Nomor ujian seleksi CPNS).

C. Surat lamaran beserta lampiran disusun rapih dan disatukan dengan penjepit sesuai urutan ketentuan butir 2 di dalam map berwarna :

  • Warna coklat untuk S3

  • Warna kuning untuk S2

  • Warna biru untuk S1

  • Warna hijau untuk D3

  • Warna merah untuk D1

dan dimasukkan dalam amplop coklat dengan mencantumkan nama, jurusan pendidikan dan jabatan yang dilamar dan lokasi tes yang dipilih pada sudut kiri atas map.
Tahapan dan Jadwal Seleksi
Seleksi dilakukan secara bertahap sebagai berikut :
1. Seleksi Administrasi melalui kelengkapan persyaratan pada surat lamaran Bagi yang lulus seleksi administrasi akan diberikan Nomor Ujian seleksi CPNS dan akan dikirimkan melalui E-mail dari : panitiacpnsbmkg2012@bmkg.go.id.
2. Seleksi Akademik terdiri dari materi :

  • TKD (Tes Kompetensi Dasar) : Dilaksanakan oleh konsorsium (10 PTN) di 10 lokasi (Iihat lampiran), meliputi : Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan, Tes Intelegensi Umum, Tes Karakteristik Pribadi. Sebagai latihan bisa dilihat di http://www.cpnsonline.com

  • Bagi yang diyatakan memenuhi persyaratanllulus kompetensi dasar, untuk mengikuti tes berikutnya mencakup : TKB (Tes Kompetensi Bidang/ Subtantif), Wawancara.

3. Pelaksanaan Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 September 2012 sesuai dengan tempat lokasi tes yang dipilih dan pelaksanaan seleksi kompetensi bidang ditentukan kemudian dapat dilihat dalam Website BMKG (www.bmkg.go.id) .
4. Keputusan panitia bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

      Qualifications

      Required Skills:

      * Must have minimum 5 years underwriting ‘A” paper loans to include conventional, jumbo and Government. If candidate holds a DE, then only 2 years of Government experience required, along with the 5 years of underwriting ‘A’ paper loans.
      * Must be proficient in all AUS systems and tax return analysis.

      Scholarship From The University of New York in Tirana (UNYT)

      image The University of New York in Tirana (UNYT) provides competitive scholarships for outstanding undergraduate students wishing to begin fulltime study in the Fall 2011 academic semester leading to a UNYT Bachelor’s degree. The purposes of the scholarships are :

       

      1. to recognize students of outstanding aptitude and scholarship;
      2. to provide an opportunity for incoming students to receive an exceptional education without a monetary burden;
      3. o encourage and broaden the student’s opportunities while attending UNYT.

      UNYT offers scholarships to students to be enrolled in any of the degree programs. The subject areas covered by UNYT at this time are as follows :

      • Business Administration;
      • Business Communication;
      • Economics;
      • Finance;
      • Management;
      • Marketing;
      • English Language and Literature;
      • Communication and Journalism;
      • International Relations and Political Sciences;
      • Psychology;
      • Computer Science;
      • Information Systems.

      UNYT offers two types of scholarships to incoming students based on the percentage of fees covered. Five full-fee scholarships will be provided to the five first winners of UNYT’s competition. For these students, all fees associated with registration and course work will be provided. Four other scholarships will provide 50% of the fees to the sixth up to the eleventh

      winner of UNYT’s competition. Each of these scholarships will be provided for the students’ complete course of study. However, scholarship holders wishing to obtain a Bachelor’s from the State University of New York / Empire State College (SUNY/ESC) together with their UNYT degree are required to cover the fees of the SUNY/ESC concentration courses through their own financial means.

      UNYT attaches considerable importance to the monitoring of your performance and progress. If your performance is such that continuation of the award is not justified, the scholarship will be terminated. Scholarships will be renewed only for students who meet the requirements specified in the following paragraph. Scholarships will be renewed on semester bases only if you maintain the high level of academic aptitude with which the award was earned. You must maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.33 (B+) on semester bases in order to be eligible for renewal. In addition, you are required to submit progress reports at the close of each semester of study at UNYT. These reports should detail the courses taken and grades earned as well as your intentions for the following semester. Forms for the progress reports will be distributed to scholarship holders at the end of each semester. These forms must be returned to UNYT before the start of the following semester to assure a renewal of your scholarship. At the close of each semester the rank of the scholarship recipients is reconsidered on the basis of their GPA.

      Eligibility

      In order to be eligible for a scholarship from UNYT, you must meet certain conditions relating to academic qualifications. You should be a graduate of a recognized high school, a student expecting to graduate from a high school before 31 August 2011, or a holder of an equivalent diploma (i.e. International Baccalaureate, etc.) with a Grade Point Average of no less than 8/10 (or equivalent). You should be a student planning to enrol with UNYT in the Fall 2011 for full-time studies. You should not hold any other scholarships or award for study at UNYT. There is NO age limit for applicants, and applications from candidates of whatever age will be considered on their merits, taking into account all the circumstances of the case.
      How to apply?

      You should complete your application on the given form, which is available from UNYT and submit it with all supporting documents to the UNYT reception desk. Applicants applying from abroad may post their application folder for the attention of Mr. Hektor Ruci; all posted applications, though, should have been received by Monday, September 26, 2011, at 17.00 (GMT +1). This deadline will be strictly enforced and no applications or reference forms will thereafter be accepted.
      You should read the notes of the form carefully before you begin to fill it in. The first part of the form asks for information about you and your proposed program of study. The second part consists of two reference forms. Applications must be accompanied by two reference forms. You should choose two individuals that have known you in an academic or work-related manner. High school teachers, counsellors or employers are generally ideal references. You should not request a reference from a family member or friend as these individuals cannot provide us with objective recommendations. These forms should be signed and sealed, placed in two corresponding envelopes and must be turned in along with your application form and a certified copy of your high school diploma and transcript(s) for all 4 years of your high school studies.

      Selection procedure

      UNYT appoints assessors from among senior academic staff. They consider all the available information relevant to a decision whether to support a particular student. There are no quotas to the number of applications accepted. Applications are assessed on their merits by assessors, who take account of:

      1. your performance in high school based on the high school transcript (30% of the total assessment grade);
      2. your performance on examinations in English, Mathematics and Computer Usage (60% of the total assessment grade)
      3. your references and an interview (10% of the total assessment grade).

      Applicants will be invited for an interview with assessors after notification. You will be notified of the result of your application by letter no later than October 6, 2011. In order for an applicant to qualify for a scholarship, he/she must have achieved a score of no less than 80% in each of the three exams. In some cases candidates will be informed that they are on a reserve list, and that a scholarship can be offered only if another candidate declines the offer of an award.
